This is most useful with patients limited language impairement but severe oral dyspraxia or dysarthria. I have used it the most with MND who still have good dexterity. It is also worth knowing that the App can be used with voice banking.

This app has some really good features, like being able to save new phrases and set favourite phrases. Unfortunately the interface isn't very intuitive, so it can take quite a bit of time to get to grips with and learn how to make the most of all of the options available.
